Rentdirectuk.co.uk is a Social Networking Site for Tenants, Landlords, Property Owners, & reputable letting agents”. The community creates a great channel for property owners, tenants & reputable agents to interact. We offer residential property as well as commercial property such as venues to hire, offices and shops to let, student halls of residence, storage space, garage and parking spaces. We primarily started off as a community for residential property but constant demand from commercial property owners and tenants wanting to join the community led us to introduce commercial lettings.
In relation to the residential property market we provide basic information about landlord/ tenant rights; tenancy agreements and general advice on residential lettings; hopefully this advice will be useful to help prevent landlords/tenants becoming victims of renting scams. If as is our aim that you rent direct from a landlord or reputable letting agent you will find you can make some considerable savings as opposed to rogue letting agents. Reputable letting agents offer a comprehensive list of available rented property in their locations and could help you speed up the process of finding a place. There is a lot of bad press generated by rogue letting agents but there are some great ones out there and we hope to make it easier for our members to connect with them.

I once lived with a flat mate that played the most outrageous pranks on us; I won’t go into details for fear of his arrest….. He is a successful professional now.
